Very cozy, warm hotel-type apartment with its own kitchenette. Special cosiness is created by an electric fireplace. From the metro station Akademika Pavlova 900m - 10 minutes on foot, by metro to the center 5 stops, 10 minutes in time. Nearby are the Radmir-Expokhol complex, Miracle Market, ATB - Market, Barabashovo Market.

, Nfa Federal University of Pharmacy (Pharmacademia), Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (Ped). The apartment has modern repair, good furniture and appliances, all the necessary utensils. Boiler, air conditioning, TV, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, WIFI, cable TV. Nice little things like disposable slippers, a disposable toothbrush + paste, comb, shampoo and shower gel in bags, as well as tea, coffee, sugar in sticks (already included in the price).
