The operating mode is round-the-clock. Check out time is 12 noon. Check in time from 13:00. Check out time is until 12:00. If you want to extend your stay in a hotel and your room does not have another guest's arrival, then the payment for accommodation is carried out in the following order: • No more than 4 hours after the check-in hour - hourly payment.
• From 4 to 12 hours after the check-out time - a fee for half the day (50% of the room rate per day). • From 12 to 24 hours after the check-out time - the fee for a full day. The cost of the room can be changed from the number of guests occupying the room. We have individual conditions for groups of more than 10 people. Upon accommodation, the guest provides a document proving his identity (passport, military ID or other identity card), and makes 100% payment for the entire period of residence or for the first day of residence. If the guest agrees with the rules in force and the registration of residence, the service contract is deemed to be concluded. We provide a full package of accounting documents with confirmation of accommodation in the hotel.
