New, very quiet and comfortable apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 4-storey building with history (the house is an architectural monument). The historical center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Primorsky Boulevard, Deribasovskaya, "Mother-in-law's Bridge", "Old Odessa", Rotunda, Vortsovsky Palace, "Shah's Palace".
In 50 meters from the house there is a 24-hour supermarket "Virtus", nearby there are restaurants "Osh-Toshn", a coffee shop "Shiko", a restaurant "Sofi", a restaurant-club "Ministerium", an art cafe "Gogol-Mogol". There is a secured parking across the street from the house, not a secured parking under the house. The renovation is just finished! The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay of 2 people. In the apartment for our guests there is always: - a double bed with an orthopedic mattress; - clean, ironed, high quality bed linen, terry towels; - disposable slippers; - air conditioning; - tea, coffee, sugar; - door handles, switches, consoles, shower tray, toilet, are treated with a professional medical antiseptic; - floors are washed without the use of chemicals, using a steam generator; - cable TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi. For the safety of our guests, a video intercom is installed, a front door with a code, video surveillance on the facade of the house and in the courtyard, an entrance to the courtyard with a coded lock, an alarm in the apartment. We care about the comfort of our guests and therefore we do not rent an apartment for various events and do not allow smoking in our apartment. Travelers are provided with accounting documents.
