Comfortable, cozy apartment with a fresh renovation, the 4th floor of the four houses on Lenin Street (near "Cheryomushki"). Quiet, cozy courtyard with a playground. Near supermarket "ATB", to the city center 10 minutes from the sea 20 minutes walk.
The apartment has two separate rooms, a bedroom and a hall, bathroom (shared), kitchen, balcony. The bedroom has two double bed, wardrobe, TV. In the hall two double sofa, wardrobe, chair, TV, balcony. In the kitchen, refrigerator, gas. boiler, stove, dishes, a washing machine. We can meet and delivery by car from Simferopol to Alushta (Airport / Railway Station) at an additional charge.
