Convenient location, next to 2 large 24-hour supermarkets, in the courtyard of a 24-hour grocery store, opposite the entrance to a small children's skate park. The windows from the apartment overlook a green quiet courtyard, in which a garden immediately goes behind the park, 7-8 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes walk to Primorskaya Square. The road to the spit, 10-15 minutes by car and you are resting on any of the sections of the Berdyansk spit. Also in this direction 5-7 minutes by car to the water park, dolphinarium and zoo. An excellent quiet area for relaxation, 5 minutes from the sea and the city center, while there is no noise from attractions and companies having fun after 23:00. All windows from the apartment overlook the courtyard, no roadway and noise from gatherings on the bench at the entrance. The day of arrival and departure is counted as one day. Payment is made in full on the day of check-in. In case of an unscheduled departure, 30% of the total amount is withheld. In case of cancellation of accommodation, less than 7 days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.
