Apartment in the city center

1-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a 5-story building in the city center. With a double bed, there is an additional bed - a sofa bed. Cleaning is provided once a week along with a change of bed linen and towels. There is a full set of household appliances and everything necessary for living. Next to the house there is a modern, youth cafe “Coral”, where you can have lunch/dinner and meet with friends in an informal atmosphere. Across the road is the city administration, VTB bank, the Vernissage restaurant, the Anyutka cafe and other catering establishments. The cost of living is 5000 rubles per day for 1 person. The cost of using an extra bed is negotiated additionally. Payment by any method. We provide all the necessary documents; when registering, we use a cash register. We conclude long-term, medium-term and short-term rental agreements with organizations.
