The apartment consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a kitchen. White furniture. All appliances are available. Air conditioning, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, etc. High-speed Internet, cable TV. Our service includes: Bed linen, towels, slippers, soap accessories. Accommodation for up to 6 people. (Large double bed and two double sofas.) The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. From all the windows - a beautiful side view of the sea, with gorgeous sunrises. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, but temporarily the beach has been moved a little further. Therefore, at the moment, the road to the beach takes 15-20 minutes walk, or just 2 tram / bus stops, if you do not want to walk. It will take no more than 5 minutes. Upon check-in, a security deposit is required in the amount of one day of accommodation, which is returned upon check-out. The price indicated in the ad (1500 UAH) per day of stay for no more than 2 guests. For each additional guest, there is an extra charge of +250 UAH. To make a reservation, please indicate your arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of adults and children. Accommodation with a small pet is subject to agreement. Please provide an identification document upon check-in. Please note that the apartment is not rented by the hour, for special occasions, or to persons under 18 years of age. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! We guarantee our hospitality, comfort, and order in the apartment. We provide a general cleaning before each stay. A parking space is included in the price. A remote control for check-in is provided. Check-in is at 12 noon. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m., or by agreement. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment clean and undamaged. We will be very glad to see you as our guest. I can send a video of the apartment upon request.
