The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and water filter. Bath with toilet combined, finishing tile. There is a washing machine. Important. We provide our guests with bed linen made from high-quality white textiles. After each guest the apartment is cleaned. We do not rent apartments for parties. We provide reporting documents. We accept payment by cards, we work by bank transfer. Infrastructure. Within walking distance of a grocery store, shopping mall: "Nika", "Comet", "City Mall", as well as business centers: "Green House", "Forum". Getting there: Minibus number 62, 62a, 58a. Tram number 2, 5a, 9 stop "Spartacus." Payment and checkout time: • Accommodation is possible only on paid days (without a loan of accommodation). • Checkout time is an internal rule that is set by the hotel. In accordance with it, the Guest cannot move into the apartment earlier and leave them later than the set time. In accordance with the rules for providing services in hotels of the Russian Federation, the cost of hotel accommodation should be charged taking into account a single checkout time. As a rule, it is 12 hours of the current day. Check out time is 12:00. The guest is obliged to vacate the apartment before 12:00 on the date of departure if he did not pay for the late departure. • Check-out after checkout time: • from 12.00 to 17.00 hourly payment - 100 rubles per hour • after 17.00 - 50% of the cost of the day. • In case of early departure, the Guest is obliged to notify the reservation manager using the telephone number specified in the contract no less than 30 minutes prior to departure. • The administrator will arrive at the apartment 10 minutes before the specified time to check the safety of property, final settlement, return of the deposit and transfer of accounting documents to the Guest. • The guest must wait for the administrator in the apartment.
