Clean, comfortable, spacious and bright studio apartment in a new 24-storey brick house on the 6th floor. The apartment has a kitchen in which you can prepare your own breakfast, lunch, or gourmet dinner. The room has a double sofa, and at your request we are ready to provide an extra bed for the third guest.
In order for you to feel at home, we fully equipped the kitchen. In it you will find two hotplates, a full refrigerator, an electric kettle, a set of kitchen and dining utensils. During your stay in our apartments you will have free Wi-Fi Internet, TV, iron, hair dryer and a large glass balcony with a good view around the clock. In the entrance of our house there are 4 high-speed elevators 2 of which are cargo and they will not make you long to wait for the ascent or descent.
