We invite you to relax in a two-story cottage with all amenities, 15 minutes from the sea (7 minutes from the cypress alley). The cottage has two separate rooms on the first and second floors, each accommodating up to 5 persons - can be removed together or separately on your choice. Each room has a spacious bathroom with hot and cold water, shower, TV, air conditioning, WI-fI, fitted kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and all necessary utensils and supplies, bed linens and towels are provided.
The rooms are two rooms, one communicating, and combined with the kitchen, there is a sofa bed; second bedroom with a double bed and a pull kreslom- and also on the second floor. At the entrance to each room a relaxing terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor is connected gas boiler and radiant floor - perhaps a holiday all year round! Parking next to the cottage. We can meet you from the airport or bus station in Simferopol Sudak. Practice book at a rate of 10% - as a guarantee of the seriousness of your intentions to come.
