An exclusive VIP class three-bedroom apartment designed in classical style is located in the center of Odessa (original design, hand molding covered with real gilding); it is located in a restored historical building in front of Odessa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, i.e. in the very heart of the city. It is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building. There is a panoramic view to Odessa Opera Theater from 3 windows of the apartment. The night view from the windows is shown on the photographs; the house where the apartment is located is shown as well. The balcony glazed with tinted glass looks out on the courtyard; you’ll be able to see your car parked there. The entrance has been renovated recently and the entrance door has a combination lock. In the past, this building belonged to RUSSIA Insurance Company. It was built in 1890 according to the project of architect E.B. Vey. This house became a national monument by Resolution No. 480 of Odessa Regional Executive Committee dated August 15, 1985 and acquired a status of a local architecture heritage object. The apartment’s total area is 100 sq.m., the ceiling height is 3.75 m, glued-laminated parquetry, autonomous heating system, round-the-clock water supply, free WI-FI and LAN Internet, two telephone lines, maid service: for an additional fee, paid parking next to the house or free parking next to the courtyard, reporting documents will be provided upon request.
This apartment is quiet and cozy, as the walls are 1.5 m thick and the reinforced plastic windows with triple glazed units look out not on the noisy street, but on the park area with a view to the fountain and Opera Theater. FORMULA sports and health promotion center, the famous Palais Royal square, the well-known GAMBRINUS beerhouse on Deribasovskaya Street, the Seaport, the Potemkin Stairs, lots of different museums, entertainment centers and places offering you delicious and inexpensive meals are located in the vicinity.
A cot for children under 4 years old may be provided upon request for an additional fee of USD 10 per day in the local currency subject to the current exchange rate.
The apartment has: a wood-burning fireplace, four TV-sets, three air conditioners, bedding, terry bathrobes, a set of towels, a safe, water reserve stored in a 700 liters tank, hydrophore etc.
From the apartment’s windows, you’ll have a unique possibility to observe Odessa’s bridegrooms and brides in their beautiful dresses walking along the square, as well as to see concerts and festivals which often take place on the Theater Square of our city.
I will meet you at the airport or at the train station with my personal car (Volkswagen b-6). This service may be provided upon request for an additional fee.
This apartment has a large dining kitchen, two luxurious bedrooms (the wine-colored and the green colored), a marble drawing room (which is a walk-through room); there are sleeping accommodation for six persons (two enormous twin beds and a large leather twin sleeper). The forged bed is unusually enormous, sized 2.20 x 2.00 m. For more convenient stay, it is advisable that four persons (two couples) are accommodated. This apartment can accommodate not more than six persons at a time. Number of sleeping accommodations: 6 (2+2+2).

The owner of the apartment, Mr. R.D. Cherkasets, is an Individual Entrepreneur - Natural Person (paying all local taxes and dues). In this connection, the owner and the guests will conclude a RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT (drawn up in Russian and in English), which will state all rules, terms and conditions of residing in the apartment.

• The amount of the deposit shall be agreed upon additionally (it may not be less than a 24-hour accommodation fee). The deposit shall be handed over to the owner upon moving into the apartment and shall be stated in the agreement; it shall be returned to the clients upon their departure. Welcome to Odessa Mama!
