The kitchen has everything for cooking - a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, refrigerator, tables (photo 10-14). A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet inside the house for the rooms on the ground floor. Hot and cold water round the clock. On the street, there is additionally a summer shower, a washstand, a toilet. Additional gazebo with barbecue and accessories, firewood (photo 15), outdoor shower (photo 16). Cozy, clean courtyard. On the second floor (photo 17-24): One separate room with a kitchen, a bathroom for 3-4 people. The room has a TV, air conditioning, double bed, single bed and a single folding chair-bed. The kitchen has everything for cooking - an induction electric stove, dishes, a refrigerator, cupboards, a table. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Hot and cold water round the clock. A separate entrance from the street leads to the second floor. Ironed bed linen, dishes, iron are provided. Wi-Fi Internet in the house and yard. There is a parking place for cars. Sandy, free beach. The city has a lot of entertainment for adults and children. To the sea 15-20 minutes on foot (if necessary - minibuses go to the sea every 10 minutes near the house). To supermarkets "ATB", "Kopeyka", playground, bazaar, pharmacies, bus stops to Odessa on foot: 5 minutes. Cost: May, June - 150 UAH / day per person (1000 UAH for the entire first floor of the house). July, August - 200 UAH / day per person (1200 UAH for the entire first floor of the house). September - 150 UAH / day per person (1000 UAH for the entire first floor of the house).
