Near the house there are two major transport interchanges, the metro station "Minsk", near the market, supermarket, shopping mall DREAM TOWN with many cafes and shops, water park, one of the best districts of Kiev, paid parking, several sports centers, many small shops, kiosks and cafe.

A 10 minute walk from the apartment there is an embankment of the Dnieper beaches where you can relax. The apartment has everything you need to stay clean ironing bedding, bath accessories, kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave and gas cooker, washing machine, cable TV. There are three beds: double bed and a sofa bed. Direct line metro to the center of Independence Square and the subway Olympic (National Stadium).
